<Half Day Tour to MHI on June 28> Fee:¥3,000

  • Half day tour, or mini tour within a few hours is planned for visiting Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. on June 28, to see their manufactured and commercialized 2.4MW wind turbine which is operated at site. And, participant can take a lecture and join to the question and answer on wind turbine at site. MHI also have the exhibition hall displaying their advanced equipments in very near to the conference venue.
    No admission to Wind Mill makers.

  • Half day tour to Japan Agency for Marine-Earth Science and Technology, JAMSTEC is planned on June 29. Participant can look at two major centers. First one is the Earth Simulation Center, where, using world top class super-computer the global simulation has been held online. Observers can see and hear what kinds of simulation are developed, deployed through the demonstration and video screens, also can see the super computer room. The second one is Marine Technology Center, where participant can look at autonomous underwater vehicle system with the operating depth by 6500m, many technology system and goods visually, having been developed to discover underwater energy and resources, also can see or board onto research mother vessels if timing is fit.
