PAYMENT METHOD |
All payments must be made in Japanese yen by bank transfer or with credit card. No other type of payment will be accepted.

Remittance must be arranged no later than 31 March 2010 30 April 2010 for early registration and 31 May 2010 for late registration.

For credit card payment, you can print them out right after you finish the registration procedure.
For bank transfer, the registration desk will inform you by e-mail when your payment is confirmed and the confirmation form and receipt are ready to download. |

Please remember to bring your confirmation form to the registration desk at the conference to pick up your congress kit upon arrival. Confirmation form can be printed as many times as you need at your convenience until and during the conference. |

Download of receipts is available only once. Requests of reissuing a receipt will be handled at the registration desk at the conference in exchange with the receipt downloaded from your account. Please bring the receipt with you to the registration desk. |

OFFICIAL INVITATION LETTER |
| An official letter of invitation to help overcome administrative difficulties in some countries can be issued by the Conference Organizing Committee upon written request to the secretariat. This should not, however, be construed as a financial commitment on the part of the organizers. |

CANCELLATION |
Cancellation must be made to the conference Registration Secretariat in writing either by letter, fax or e-mail. The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation, as follows:
Cancellation received By 31 March 2010 By 30 April 2010: 50% refund of the total fees.
Cancellation received On or After 1 April 2010 On or After 1 May 2010: No refund.
If technical tours are cancelled by organizers, tour fees will be refunded regardless of the policy above.
Please note that all refunds will be made after the conference. Transfer costs for cancellation refunds will also be applied to participants.
